"Don't touch Avery Bradley.  Apparently he's like Kobe now.  So I can't touch him."

This p---es me off.  Mouthing off to social media when their victory was largely due to the unfair calls by the referee against the Celtics.  I wish one of our guys had taken a hit to the wallet (and one for the team) and call out the refs on this.  They won and still whining about the referee calls.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Have good friends in NYC and they unanimously preferred seeing Shumpert get minutes over JR. He doesn't take shots worse than our minds are capable of fabricating & plays great defense. Also doubt he tweets like a teenie-bopper.

I especially liked the postgame interviews, where Lebron said that some of the things didn't go their way. :o He meant that they missed some shots and we made ones, right?  RIGHT!?  Ugh. ::)

Mike Brown said something similar after they lost game 2 against us in 2010.  I believe his exact words were, "nothing is going to be given to us in this series." :o WHAT!? ::)

Lol what they cry over foul calls when clearly the refs are usually in favor of the Cavs?

Maybe JR wants to fondle Bradley.  ;D

I have to say the ONLY player I've seen get ref favoritism like Lebron is Jordan.  Both great players so why do they need this extra help?

wait does jr smith mean bradley is like kobe that he chucks so many shots?  8)

The NBA will do this until their is outrage, at some point, there was last year.   In the finals LeBron had the same refs as the rest of the world.   I watched five minutes of our last game, and you could tell how it was going to be.

I hope it lights AB's fire and he shows up!

How many fouls did Bradley even draw from Smith?  Lol, it was my impression that AB doesn't draw fouls nearly enough.  So, interesting claim.

It's comical, but it's also strategic: if the narrative is that your team benefitted from calls, why not combat that by playing the victim and deflecting some of the attention?

I've been preaching for years .

He is " little Kobe "

He even has the Kobe look after he finishes a shot.

At any rate ......the Celtics could use more of this new found favoritism. .......especially against the king cry baby of all time.

Did you just (implicitly) use "JR Smith" and "strategic" in the same sentence?   ;)

I think JR was just whiny about getting in foul trouble; he definitely was upset when he leveled Olynyk a few seconds after getting a foul call.
