Great game. The C's played very hard and stayed competitive despite the talent disparity being very clear. Kyrie and LeBron are just too good.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

We did not lose to talent tonight guys. My word those rebounds.

I'm getting some G7 flashbacks.

No joke. One of my dreams is to one day live to see the Celtics be a dominant rebounding team that doesn't kill itself by allowing so many second chances.
We're still waiting...

Single digits, baby!  That's all I could ask for in this series.  I think that'll be the closest game we will have.  Proud of the team.  Nicely done.  They made it look competitive.  If they can keep the next two losses under 20 points it will be icing on the cake.

Extremely proud of this team, regardless of outcome tonight.

Played better than Sunday. Making CLE work.

We'll take one or two in BOS if we continue to put forth this effort.

I wonder how much Brandan Wright would of helped. If anything his length would of bothered Lebron's layups

Celts looked their age at the end of the fourth quarter there.

Still, good game.  Competitive for much of the way.  That's all you can ask from this team.

Can't wait to see what Brad Stevens can do with a roster that's anywhere near as talent-laden as that Cavs team.

Omer Asik for 8-10 million anybody? Last case scenario, of course.

  • GOT IT!!!
They keep talking up CBS which I love. Even LeBron had some words to say about him. Definitely won't hurt in the off-season.

A real starting calibur center will bring this team up a level.

I am tempted to offer Jordan the max in the off season.

Meh.  I think we'll take one game back in Boston.  5 game series.

My Take: This is really a showcase for Brad..they talked about him all night (barely mentioned David) and Lebron really expressed how well coached the C's are his interview, that was the first thing that came out of his mouth.
