Actually thought flagrant one was the correct call on the Howard play. The elbow is not a legal play, obviously, but at some point a man has to be entitled his personal space. Bogut was shoving and grappling with Howard during the rebounding action. The elbow was a 'get off me' more than a cheap shot.
IMO the ref needs to blow the whistle on Bogut for the shove. If that happens, the elbow doesn't. I know this is playoff basketball, but some fouls are meant to prevent physical play from escalating, and that was a great example.
