pretty bad sequence there by Bradley Beal.  Forced a really ugly shot, then a blatant flop on th defensive end, leaving Vasquez open for the game tying three

HOW DO YOU NOT GIVE IT TO PIERCE?
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Lowry wasn't benched, he fouled out.

Ah, missed that.

Toronto is lucky he fouled out, he was sucking the entire game.

And Vasquez has been saving them from down 10 in the 4th basically all by himself (with Lou Williams).

If Lowry isn't flopping his way to the line or making shots, he's their 4th best guard.

Wittman is an idiot. You have a career clutch scorer on the court, and you let the mediocre shooting John Wall take an iso pull up?

Nene with a deep step back jumper? What a terribly run game by both teams.

See what happens when you let Pierce touch the ball once every 10 minutes?

Seriously though, he came back from that injury hitting shots, and that's only his 3rd shot since then?  Don't these guys know what Pierce does in the playoffs after coming back from an injury?

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I only watched the 4th quarter onwards...has Kris Humphries had any burn?
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Beal and Wall are trying to make a name for themselves. Typical of younger players. Team ball wins in the playoffs and the Wizards need to figure that out.

Wow, Wall is playing sooo dumb right now. It's like he's making a conscious effort not to pass the ball to Pierce.

I'm surprised how uninvolved Pierce was throughout the game given how hot he was throughout it. Wizards need to give him more touches.
