I love the idea of putting prime Pierce or prime KG on our squad today. Quite apart from 'would you rather'. Add PP and we have a top-10 offense. We have plenty of complementary scoring in this lineup, it's a centerpiece we're missing. If Turner can put up the stats he's been putting up - and he's been doing a great job, really benefiting from the system - then imagine what Pierce would do in that role. Add prime KG and you get-- at least there's a case-- the #1 defense in the league. If you think about the combo of Smart, AB and KG, that's a real problem for any other team.

If we are talking about them in their current state. Pierce no question, but if we are talking Prime, KG, the thing this team really needs is a rim protector and KG in his prime was a dominate rim protector.
