Kyrie, Lebron, Love, and JR. are sitting out tonight

I worry more with them all sitting.  I really hope the Celtics don't see this as a gimme and not bring the effort needed to win.

Me too....

I d rather they would have played ........wasn't long ago......the Heat came to town without their best players and we got thumped .... :-\

i still look at our score and find it hard to believe...at the start of the season i would predict 33 wins
Pretty amazing.  If we make the playoffs, Stevens should win Coach of the Year.  I think he's just as deserving as anyone else.

Has a coach ever had a chant by fans?  If anyone is going to the game tonight,  try starting up a "STE-VENS!, STE-VENS!, STE-VENS!" chant.

If we lose this game and the Nets win tomorrow does that put us back in the 8th spot?

Yes but it gets dangerous because the Pacers and Celtics would be tied for 8th seed, if the Pacers win tonight against OKC.

I really want that 8th spot though.

It's a lose-lose situation.
If we lose, our playoff chances will be in danger.
If we win, our nerves will be in danger as the "Celtics cannot beat LBJ" saga will go on.

This is probably the first positive/optimistic post I've ever read from you lol.  Good job.  TP.

Our game is important of course.......but that OKC vs Pacers could turn out to be total bar fight and great game. ;D.       It will be a fun match .

Well here is a positive...much of the Cavs' players don't have any playoff experiences sans LeBron James. It will be Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love's first playoff appearance in their careers.

If we and OKC both win tonight, then we are mathematically in the playoffs, and we can rest players  in the remaining two games ::)

Does a Boston win + Pacer loss today lock in a playoff spot for us?  We own a tie-breaker with Indiana and we'd be 2 games ahead of them with 2 games left.
