In addition to the above, here is a recent passage of LBJ encouraging Blatt:

>I respect him as a coach, he respects me as a leader of this team and we have some good chemistry right now. We’re going to continue to grow for the betterment of the team. It’s just like for a rookie NBA player. Guys get better, they know the game, they start to learn it more and more, they know how to approach it every day. This is not an easy situation for him. He wasn’t hired with this roster, but I don’t think he’s shied away from it. He knows the game, and I’m happy to have him at the helm.

I can imagine Blatt turning green after reading such stuff  ::)

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

The owner has given LeBron pretty much the reins ......the coach calls the game for everybody BUT LeBron .   LeBron takes no orders from anybody but the owner.   Coach directs the game , as long as LeBron agrees with what he is preaching.

There is really not a lot of coaching to do.....if you have to RUN everything though LeBron ::)

Terrible situation for other players and coach to be in......yet the owner will do anything the Queen wants.

LeBron ...."you'll bent over ". I'll see you get a ring......LOL....do as I say ..or else! Lol

He is so different from ....old school team guys like Magic and Bird.

That Rondo picture, 3rd comment down, I've never seen it before, but it's now one of my favorites and makes me love Rondo all over again.  Not really CB appropriate though, otherwise it would probably be my new avatar pic.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Likewise. TP for exceptional taste.

Alas, I fear the refs are going to throw this one for us with their biased officiating. I hear that superstar Kendrick Perkins never gets called for traveling.  :D

At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I just read that Kyrie won't play. Can anyone confirm?

EDIT: Just heard it confirmed on the pre-game show. It is IT time.
