  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
It happened to the Cavs last year, and there's a strong possibility we finish either 9th or 10th.
If we got lucky enough to get the number one pick, who would you take?

If we didn't get the number one pick, who would you take with #2 or#3?

If we got number one I'd probably go with #1 Towns or #2 Okafur.
Then #3 Russell and Mudiay #4.

Who are you taking in this range?

Either Russell or Stanley Johnson.

Okafor all day, unless the scouting department is 100% convinced about Mudiay.

Okafor, then Russell,  Winston is intriguing too but probably not top three

Towns without a doubt. He has the highest ceiling of anyone in the draft, and he happens to play a position of need for us. Next it'd be Russell or Mudiay with Okafor last. I just see him as a reincarnation of Al Jefferson, which isn't a bad thing but isn't worth the overall # 1 either.

I'm a sucker for okafors polished inside game.  He just looks the part of a standout nba player already (offensively at least)

Towns.  He's a 2 way center with as much potential as anyone in the draft.  I think playing for Kentucky and Calapari has limited Towns development.  I expect him to show more offensively as an NBA rookie like Davis and Noel have.

Towns no doubt Brad could turn him into the next great Celtics big man and Okafor seems really lazy on the defensive end P.S im new to this site how do I earn Tommy Points

I chose Okafor, but I'm not sure why. Towns showed a ton of upside on Saturday.

Yep Towns would hopefully be a rim protector and an offensive threat....
I can only imagine if we were lucky enough to get the number one pick and we got him.

I'm actually conflicted about which big man in this draft has more potential:
Towns, Okafur or Porzingis the European 7 footer.
If we end up with a pick around #7 or#8  I'm praying we take Porzingis.

Other posters will give you tommy points for your good comments and constructive thinking. Doesn't always have to be agreeable but just making valid points and being a solid member of the community is generally the tommy point grader.

Here's your first one...TP :)
