Assuming the celtics are picking somewhere between 10-15, would you rather see them grab a SF(Winslow, Oubre, or Looney) or a C(WCS, Turner, or Kaminsky)?
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

BPA
It's nice seeing him get exposed as overrated after having argued with fellow fans for years that he was overrated.. but I don't hate him. I'm looking forward to seeing him [...] bounce around to a couple more teams... eventually come back to Boston[...] and helps us as a role player until he runs himself out of the league.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
In our range, the target should be either Turner, Winslow or Jerian Grant (i'd add him here). We can move up or stay where we are, but those three names should be our primary targets.

If we fail to land any of the three, we should take BPA then.
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

If we are only using draft you go BPA but if we pick up one of two before (Boogie), we need a SF, if we even have a pick left. I know people don't like picking based on need but if it's not a LBJ/AD/KD type then I'm picking to fill the rest of my roster or trading back if I can get more. Now, if it's a player who looks like an upgrade to someone else I have and he looks better than the player hole I need to fill, I'll go with BPA again.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I don't see WCS or Winslow being available where we're at, but I'd love either one of them.

I am really high on Hezonja for quit some time and hope we can somehow trade up for him. Other then that I donīt think it matters if our pick is a SF or a C. We are far away from beeing set at any frontcourt position so that we can freely go with BPA. In addition I am open to take some risks in the draft, because we lack elite talent and have a lot of picks, from what i have read that speaks against wcs and kaminsky.

Jerian Grant would probably be a good fit for this roster and he'd be the tallest member of the guard rotation. 6'5 Grant playing next to Isiah Thomas off the bench? That's a strong second unit.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Do whatever we need to do to get Porzingis.
Combine our picks and any player except Smart.

If that fails, I take Winslow or Causey Stein.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

BPA
No buts

I think looney is more of a PF, if wants to be a SF he would be a tweener at the nba level which may be detrimental to his development

I don't like turner and kaminsky
I like WCS, Winslow , oubre in that order

And he can play PG, facilitate and run the offense. At the same time, he's got good enough size to cover opposing SG's (and he's a pretty solid defender too). He's perfect for Isaiah, who basically plays a SG position in the PG spot. As with Smart and Bradley.

Grant will provide balance in that Guard lineup.

We don't need a guard, unless it's Russell our guard rotation is pretty set for the future. Need smart and young to reach max potential.

Smart/Isiah
AB/Young

Is a good backcourt with pressey in there as wel.
Nothing wrong with that backcourt, I'd take that backcourt over 80% of the league RIGHT NOW, just our weakness is SF N CENTER.

We need a star at either of the positions.

Our bench is great as well , would take our bench over 80% of the leagues bench as well

Isiah
Young(when he comes together) if not AB(if we can upgrade at the 2)
Crowder
Jerebko
Kelly

Unit can straight score.

Picking at 15 you can really only hope for  solid rotation. Player so just pick BPA..
