I found this interesting. To me he sounds very hesitant and worried about Sacramento's future and vision. I doubt he could force himself out next year, but another losing/lost season next year could have him forcing the issue in 2016. It could be a great opportunity for us then if Brooklyn's picks start turning out as good as they look to be.

TP, for sharing this. Very insightful, so thanks!
This information or tidbit really does stress the relationship and how strained its getting. Ironically, Love once said something similar to this statement, and he was gone the year after.
Cousins looks around and sees most of his fellow Team USA participants on playoff teams or in the MVP conversation while he remains in a situation that isn't improving at his preferred pace. Hughley recalls how Cousins used to always ask why things had to always be so hard for him, but now the question has changed.
“It’s, what can I learn from this? Not, why is this happening to me?” Cousins said. “I feel like everything is a lesson. At the end of the day, it’s just going to make me a stronger person. I know I’m going to reach success, some type of way, because that’s just me. That’s what I do. That being said, I’m going through these hard days now, because when my time comes, there’s no stopping me.”
I definitely think Cousins is not going to want to stay here. He might even request a trade out during the offseason, especially if he feels like the system isn't adjusting to him, or giving him the right opportunities. Yes, DeMarcus is known for being an angry 'bully,' but he has a desire/drive for success. If he feels like George Karl, isn't putting him in the right position to do so, why would he want to stay when hes clearly the more important piece, or franchise player?
