  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
No Ibaka is gonna hurt them defensively.

Regardless OKC still has Westbrook, Adams, and Waiters.

I like Smart on Westbrook and Bradley on Dion

I think Westbrook is going to go off tonight (actually he's been going off for the past 10+ games), but hopefully Smart gives him enough pressure for him to jack most of his shots

I'd be satisfied if Westbrook scores 30 or whatever he scores but at like 30%  ;D

Westbrook is 6'3 @ 190
Smart is 6'4 @ 220

I also think there's a chance Smart will foul out tonight

I actually think Westbrook will foul out too. Westbrook might try to be too aggressive defensively, in hopes of trying to frustrate Smart. I can most likely tell Smart and Westbrook defending each other will be exciting to watch, from a basketball's purist view.

I love watching defense. Its one of my favorite quirks. I love it when a player focuses their energy to shutting down another player, and the energy that other players feed off of watching the intensity.

TP Monkhouse for loving a good defensive battle.   Defense has always been my favorite part of the game also.    Teams can't win a championship without having a tough defense.

Yeah it's a pretty good chance

AB, KO , Smart and Zeller all foul out ...especially if there is an overtime.

OKC .....also playing to stay in the playoff s,  which seems strange ,  so they will be bringing everything including the kitchen sink to beat us.

A lot on line for both clubs.

And it's pretty simple the game plan, clog the paint and let Russell shoot pull up threes all game or waiters fade always mid Rangers. Have seen okc multiple times without durant, this team is not that good. Kanter is a bad defender, waiters thinks he's a good defender Roberson can only defend, Shoots as good as Rondo shoots free throws, Singlet, Novak and collision, need I say more, one trick ponys, and DJ Augustin is a three point shooting Pressey.

Now then there's Westbrook, give him open threes, and sit back on his drive, the guys a 30% three point shooter, he likes to think he can knock em down so let me, too many times people try and stay up on him, I Envision Bradley trying to do the same. Don't, put smart on him and have him stay back on him and have Bradley roaming the passing lanes. Double on switches. No ibaka, we can win this game folks.

If we stop and beat the OKC Westbrook, does that mean we are serious contenders? Hm...

And I hope Thomas's injury is not too serious. He's been out for quite a while...

I would caution against underestimating OKC or Westbrook in particular. Even without Durant and Ibaka, this is a dangerous team, at home, and Westbrook is capable of taking over a game. I could see him drawing a couple quick fouls on Smart, who then has to sit, and then Westbrook goes to work on his next victim, either Bradley or Turner.

C's moneyline is more like 2.2 to 1, 8 to 1 would definitely be worth making.
