Happy birthday and funny you should say this -- I just this week received my first invitation to join AARP.  Yes -- you'll get your opportunity in 20 short years.

My 50th is in a few weeks but I feel 30.  After all, 50 is the new 30.  Right?  Ahh, right?

Well I've lived in Westchester in New York my entire life and was ready for a move.  I applied for a job in Parsippany, was offered it and accepted it today- my first day is the Tuesday after Labor Day.  So now I need to find an apartment somewhat close to Parsippany.

Very nice.  Congrats on the new job.  However, as you will no doubt learn,  the good people of New Jersey still consider us to live in separate states.  Those two states being "North Jersey" and "South Jersey".  It's an interesting divide, especially because nobody agrees on where the  official border is.

Nah...  Central Jersey is a mythical place.  I'm in the South.  Just south of Trenton, on the PA border.
