Hopefully we get to see the G.O.A.T. retire in a Patriots uniform.  I don't want another sad G.O.A.T. situation like Orr with the Blackhawks.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

Didn't I see this thread a couple of years ago?

Why do you trade a multi-winning Super Bowl MVP off a season they won another MVP?

To get a chance to draft a QB in a weak QB draft?

Please, look at those franchises still trying to replace an top QB season after season?  How long has Miami been looking?  Close to 20 years?

Pats already have their QB of the future.  Based on the pats trade of Mankins last off season the pats could probably get a third rounder  for Brady
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

And you're buying into & on board with both of those ideas?

I am on the Jimmy bandwagon.  The third round pick was tounge in cheek.

Just started thinking about this last night.  I think if Revis and McCourty leave the team, the pats will likely be playoff bound again but defensively not strong enough to challenge for a title.

If they can't challenege for a title do they trade Brady and officially start the rebuild?
woah woah woah. Let's not go crazy

You don't trade the greatest quarterback in NFL history.
The only color that matters is GREEN

Montana was traded but they had Steve Young as a back up. Also Montana was coming off two injury plagued seasons, not a Super Bowl and actually requested the trade.

No. You did not see a trade Brady thread after he won a Super Bowl a few years ago. You saw a "Maybe we should explore trading Brady" thread after Sanchez and the Jets came into Foxboro and made Brady look like a high school QB. Revis was in that game. Game changer
