Could we possibly lure him back yo the NBA and to the Celtics somehow?  He's just 28 and would seem to fill the stopper in the middle we need.  Sorry if posted elsewhere.

He thinks he is a small forward?   I don't think he would play in the middle.

My understanding is ...bad attitude and wants lots of money. There's a reason he's in China.

Thanks.  Really didn't know anything about him.

The Nets really want him back again and I believe they're the front runners for him.

In his best season, he averaged 16pts, 8 rebs, .8 blks, 1.5 stls.
He is capable of being a decent PF/C, but I wouldn't want him if he is going to cause trouble for Stevens.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

I think the Blatche train has passed for us...he would've been great for BOS 3 years ago I think.

Pretty sure I read that Blatche was going to re-sign in China for maybe as much as three more years.

Meanwhile, Shams Charania of RealGM reports Blatche is considering re-signing in China. A league source reports the deal would be more lucrative but longer term than he's likely to get from an NBA team, requiring the 28-year-old to stay in China for several years.

Is that because they still have rights to him?

Hes not a great rim protector, good rebounder and solid post offence
he can be selfish at times

but he is probably a rotation big on a playoff team

plus he has had a leg injury which i saw he played through during the world cup last year (playing for philippines)

Why not Tyrus Thomas?
