Doesn't really make sense for us to be in a playoff push

When we just started the rebuild

I like a Smart/Dragic backcourt, but I prefer Young as a SG than a SF. I'm still holding out hope of a Smart/Young backcourt.

It makes more sense than for us to "tank" for the 7th pick now.

Celtics are not in position to trade assets for a player rental.

And if the Celtics traded Rondo because Smart is the PG of the future, does it make sense to bring in another PG that will command a good size contract?

I don't entirely disagree, but if you could get Dragic for Bradley and a 1st, wouldn't you do it?

Nope. You could have all 3 of them in 4 months, if you want to overpay Dragic this summer (which I don't). Doing this deal, you're more than likely to have none of them in 4 months.
