But who will the Lakers get in return? Blatche? I'm not sure if he's a good fit for D'Antoni's system either.

But who will the Lakers get in return? Blatche? I'm not sure if he's a good fit for D'Antoni's system either.

Yeah, plus the whole thing seems like a minor short-term gain for Brooklyn at a huge expense.  Kidd should be fighting this as hard as possible if he wants to coach there for long.  And if they add that much luxury tax how do they expect to be able to resign Pierce?

I'm mostly just focused on where their pick winds up. Hopefully we can scoop up McDermott if he drops down the board after the workouts. I don't care what anyone says, dude's gonna be a stud.
