clippers expect griffin to miss 4 to 6 weeks with a staff infection in his elbow.

well, well, well...even if this does not drop the clips into the lottery, it might mean the clippers pick may be a mid to high teens selection instead of mid to high 20s.

good news since the celtics MIGHT be able to grab a much better player.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Do you guys think the celtics would use the clippers pick as bait at the trade deadline?
Or would u rather hold on to it

Last year when CP3 was out Blake carried the team. Let's see if Paul can hold up.

I normally would think a team would rally under these circumstances. But their bench is so thin, I just can't see them winning without Blake.

Lets go OKC! Make that playoff push finally and knock the Clips out.

I would rather keep it and see if it does indeed land in the lotto. If anything you can make a draft day trade using the pick. Crazier things have happened in the lottery. How sweet would it be to land the 1st AND 2nd overall pick?  ;)

Clippers need to trade Deandre Jordan and get help in alot of areas.  Mostly will be a 1st round exit otherwise.

If the Clippers traded Jordan to Celtics for

Zeller, Bass, Thornton, Prince

As an example, they would have a much more well balanced team. Right now Paul, Griffin and Crawford are like doing everything. Crappy bench

I still think they get to the playoffs but they will probably drop to 8th. Hopefully the C's get lucky....

Here comes that awful bench into the game. OKC should be able to pull away here.

I don't wish injuries on anyone, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't ecstatic over learning this news.

Aaaaand it looks like Big Baby just messed up his back.   Normally not a huge loss but they're gonna be relying on him a lot without Griffin there.
