Apparently he's one of the reasons the Sactown bench is a tire fire. So I'm thinking maybe they might be willing to send him over plus a pick in exchange for the ultimate  professional, works hard, no matter the circumstances guy (Brandon Bass). If he works out under Brad stevens, we get another young asset. If not, we renounce him in the off season.

Kings are stocked up on vet middling PF (Thompson, Landry, Evans), so no need for Bass/pick.

But you can have Derrick Williams for free

I believe at this point Bass is Danny and CBS. 'S.  Pet player .

He may the locker room informant and a life time company man.   ;D

Which is why a team like Sactown might just bite on a guy like him in their locker room as opposed to Derrick Williams, right? Heck they might be willing to give up a pick to make it happen.

The other day I suggested Bass and a second round pick or Prince (to backup Rudy Gay) and a second round pick for Stauskas and Williams.
It's nice seeing him get exposed as overrated after having argued with fellow fans for years that he was overrated.. but I don't hate him. I'm looking forward to seeing him [...] bounce around to a couple more teams... eventually come back to Boston[...] and helps us as a role player until he runs himself out of the league.

In the off season Williams might be a good target for 2015 version of Evan Turner. He can probably be signed to a team friendly deal, and I could see him working out in our system.

Turner has been productive at points in his career and averaged double figure in points, that can't be said of Williams.  So granted that fact, I would think the answer is a resounding "NO".
