When I see the team play like this, it makes me think that Stevens biggest problem is he needs to stop trying to "fix" stuff when the team is playing poorly.  When things are going good, Stevens seems content to play a reasonable rotation.  When things are going bad, however, it's like he's always looking for that one thing that's going to turn it around but that usually makes things worse.
