1. Land high enough in the draft to get Stanley Johnson
2. Trade the clippers pick, James Young and Olynyk for Nerlens Noel

Starting Lineup: Smart, Bradley, Johnson, Sullinger, Noel

Very young and a good defensive team!
Memphis Grizzlies
PG: Dragic, Ball, Carter
SG: Temple, KCP, Holiday, Washburn
SF: Richardson, Anderson, Parsons, Casspi
PF: Jackson jr, Beasley, Watanabe
C: Adebayo, Green, Noah

I donīt see the incentive of trading for Noel. I havenīt see him play a lot, but his numbers arenīt impressing at all. I also think Young has the potential to become really good.

I'm with you on Johnson. But IMO Bradley and Sully aren't good enough in the long run at their positions. Young, KO and the Clips pick are way too much to give up for Noel, and Noel and Sully are a poor frontcourt pairing.

Do you think we could get Noel for less?

It really depends on what you ask of Noel. If you expect him to be a guy that's a go-to scorer, then he'll fall under the expectations. If you expect him to get 10 boards and 2.5 blocks, then he's worth the trade.
That being said, you just don't find shooters like James Young. Let him go to the Smart school of D and weights, and he'll do just fine.
