They seem to have Russell contained , as long as they stay in their lanes this D is going to be very good tonight , just don't go chasing him  and opening up alleys like Ninkovic did on that first play of the drive  .

Ahhhhh.   i would have been happy with 3 there.  7 makes it almost all better.

Love that the defense has not had to be on the field for long stretches.  Seattle/Lynch wear down teams and then run over them in the end.  Do it again defense!
