So apparently Clay Travis (small time, annoying Fox Sports 1 commentator) predicted that Cousins would be arrested within 5 years.....5 years ago today.

Cousins just retweeted that tweet with a celebratory "Today's the day!  Let's all show him some love"  Travis is now retweeting all the random "love" from people and it's made his wall borderline NSFW

So great

Good for him. Lots of peoples spout a lot of crap about people they don't know. Journalists are no exception.

The Cowherd/John Wall thing might be the worst.

Stuff like this, and when he responded to a reporter's question about where Slovenia is, makes me think Cousins would be a pretty cool guy to hang out with, quick witted and able to joke around.  (I take his twitter post as more of a joke than a malicious "you were wrong about me, I'll show you" sort of thing).

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Exactly. People tend to get all eye roll-y when you point out stuff like this, but it's really lame for any established person to do, particularly those that do it to pander to a sport's primary audience.

He's a cool cat, but I like that he's got fire and a chip on his shoulder, too.  Love this guy.

Clay Travis is based in Tennessee, I think.  As a Vol fan, I can assure you that even his home state thinks he's a hack.  The Vol fanbase loathes him.

Well, he is owning it and it looks like (atleast) he's going to donate $5K to Boogie's charity of choice.

Yup. Even he is trying to backpedal on it, using the cancer patient human interest angle to say "he's changed so much since he was..blah....blah....blah"

The hat thing with Colin Kaepernick is equally stupid from him. But that's his job, be reactionary white guy sports guy who tries to p--- people off strategically. All while saying he's a "straight talker".

Just yuck.
