God no. Not this year.

Does anyone really think that any starter in this league really worries about playing against Marcus Smart?

I'd agree - not this year.

But no veteran "worries" about playing against a rookie, regardless of the rookie's reputation on defense.  Back in 2012, I really doubt the Zach Randolphs and Lamarcus Aldridges of the league saw the name 'Anthony Davis' as their opposition and thought "I've got my hands full tonight".

Harden does after tonight.
It was good but not that good. Didn't stop him from getting 6 rebs, 7 assists, and two steals. Smart also got 4 fouls.

Zach Levine went 7 for 9 last week and Wiggins had a fine game too, so they aren't afraid of him.

It goes both ways

I often wonder why Marcus is not a better rebounder than what he is, given his body, after getting spoiled by Rondo in this regard.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure not all of that was while Smart was guarding him. Smart mostly had him in the second half. The assists means Smart stopped him, but also means the rest of the team didn't help him out by stopping their man. Smart can't guard all five guys...
