We see a lot of veteran teams that are supposed to be good lollygag through games against the C's, but the young (and bad) TWolves played hard the whole game until Flip took out Pek and Lavine as Scal mentioned. Did the players play harder because they knew if they wanted to win they would have to go into the last 5 minutes with a double-digit lead so Flip couldn't sabotage it?

I think young teams try harder in general.  vet teams tend to take nights off when they play a team they know they should beat.  case in point, the Celtic teams from the 2009-2010 team right through to the KG/PP trade.

They were hungry for a win and saw an opportunity to notch one against us.  Dieng destroyed our bigs.  LaVine went off on us.

No.

This thread is ill-conceived.  Minnesota beat us because we couldn't throw the ball in the ocean.  Watch the game again.  We had 40 open shots.  Unbelievable how poorly we shot.

tanking is a front office decision. if a player takes it upon himself to help with the tank or pout about the decision by the front office then I don't want the player on the team.

the players are paid to play - that's it.
