Bass AND Thornton to OKC ? (Idea)

Bass and Thornton to OKC for Perk, Reggie Jackson, Perry Jones.

OKC gets two vets to boost their playoff run. 

We get a free look at Jackson. Jones has another year left on his contract, but he barely makes above the minimum. Would be nice to get a look at him too.

Or what about Bass and Thornton to Raptors for Fields, Hayes, and James Johnson.  Gets us a cheap look at Johnson as a 4th big.

I don't think that there is any chance that OKC would include Jackson in a Bass/Thornton trade even if they don't plan on signing him.

I think if you take this deal and remove Jackson, you're onto something. Thornton would be a substantial upgrade at the 2 for them.

You could replace Jackson with Lamb.

OKC has Morrow and Waiters at SG, so swapping Lamb for Thornton won't make a huge difference either way.

Taking on two contracts with a year left in Jones and Lamb?  Ainge would have to really like Lamb.
