BOS out: Bass, Green
BOS in: Hibbert

MEM out: Prince
MEM in: Green

IND out: Hibbert
IND in: Prince, Bass

Why BOS: removing Green and Bass helps to alleviate the log jam of minutes at PF and possibly open up minutes for Young, all while getting back a legitimate All-Star rim protector in Hibbert.

Why MEM: Green is a definite upgrade over Prince, priming them for their playoff run.

Why IND: They sit at 9th in a crappy Eastern conference, with no chances of winning a title without George.  They take back two expiring contracts in Prince and Bass giving them cap space for next season, while taking some wins away to improve draft position.  This could also give them room to go after either M. Gasol or L. Aldridge (or any other marquee free agents) in the offseason with the prospects of teaming either one of them up with a fresh Paul George.  With lots of good C's in the draft this year, Hibbert could also be replaced by a possibly better, cheaper, and longer-term option to go along with the rest of George's tenure.

What do you guys think?  I know IND is somewhat of a long shot, but after Hibbert's issues during the playoffs, maybe a change in scenery for both the Pacers and for Hibbert could be a win-win situation, especially with George out.
Play to win.  Always.

I think it would take more for IND to trade Hibbert. They'd probably ask for Prince, Bass, & a pick. The pick would be determined by the willingness of MEM to include Jordan Adams in the deal. If MEM includes Adams they keep their pick. If they don't trade Adams they should send a 2nd round pick to IND. Boston would have to give up a 2nd rounder or two as well (to IND) since Indiana is getting two expiring players who might not be in their long term plans. Jordan Adams or 2 second round picks probably sweetens the deal for IND.
