Memphis and Miami improve greatly for this year's playoff run.

Celtics tank but grab a center and another great defender and solid player in Tony Allen (a guy who plays with maximum effort which has recently made Crowder a fan favorite)

Miami can't give up there 2016 first, they owe the 76ers the pick this yr. unless it fell in top 10 then they'd get it next yr. (top 10 protected again, unprotected 2017)

I Also don't see the trade happening I think it's to many moving parts for Memphis when they only need a piece to make them Champion calibur
