BOS-MEM-OKC (deadline trade idea)

I have been thinking of ways to gain more assets, make Brad Steven's rotations easier, and possibly make our team worse this year.

My proposal:


BOS sends: Green, Wright, Nelson, 2015 2nd rd pk (via WAS), & 2016 2nd rd pk (via CLE )


BOS receives: Prince, Pondexter, Adams, Stokes, 2015 OKC 1st, 2015 MEM 1st (protected picks 4-14; which is the opposite of the MEM-CLE protection agreement)

CLE sends: Haywood, OKC 2015 1st, 2016 2nd rd pk (via LAC)


CLE receives: Koufos, Udrih

MEM sends: Koufos, Prince, Pondexter, Udrih, Adams, Stokes, 2.7 mil TPE (Nelson) to BOS


MEM receives: Green, Wright, Nelson, Haywood, 2015 2nd rd pk (via WAS), two 2016 2nd rd pks (1 from BOS- via CLE; 1 from CLE-via LAC), & a TPE worth 5.1 mil (from CLE from absorbing Koufos and Udrih)

Here's why it should be done:

1) Cleveland gets it's rim protector in Koufos and a decent backup PG.

2) Memphis gets Green as their starting SF, Wright to replace Koufos, Nelson as an upgrade at backup PG. They also get rid of Pondexter's lengthy (4 yrs) but reasonable (3.1 mil) contract.

3) BOS gets an expiring in Prince, take on Pondexter, get a young talent in Adams, Stokes (D-League), another TPE worth 2.7 mil, and two 2015 1st rd pks to add to the assets we already have.

4) Was wondering since Prince, Pondexter, Adams, & Stokes coincidentally add up to 12.9 mil, can we combine the Rondo TPE (13 mil) with the new TPE from Nelson to make a larger TPE worth 15.7 mil? Sounds complicated but hopefully it's possible under the new CBA rules.

What players/picks do you suggest I add/subtract to or from the deal to not only ensure it's fair for each team, but to make sure the Celtics acquire both the OKC and MEM 2015 1sts?
