Sick, gym average of 3 days a week this month and eating like crap. Thanks, overnights. Let's just get New Years overwith already. I need to get back into routine.

Anyone knowing this feel?

My bodyfat percentage was just about single digits heading into the month. I'm probably in the 12%-14% range now. I'm garbage. Hold me bros.

Nothing wrong with over-eating during the holidays.  And nothing wrong with lapsing on workouts.   This, of course, if you are reasonably healthy.

Enjoy it -- it's the stress more than the food that'll get you.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, my body fat percentage is usually between 2-3%, and I'm in my mid-thirties, have never been to a gym a day in my life, and eat like a pig.

this post may have created countless enemies for you.  >:(
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I did pretty good over Christmas, but my birthday was the day after Thanksgiving this year, and over those two days I literally gained 12+ pounds (no lie, I'm tall, it's easy).

I'm still not back down to my usual weight.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I hope you're kidding because if you're not then dang you must be extremely toned as you have no fat on you except for the essential. Right now I'm probably at 15% maybe even more. Have put on 25 pounds. That is just crazy. The lowest I've been is 8%. I'm a runner and since I'm currently dealing with an injury I've been gaining plenty of weight.

No, I'm not lying. I'm 6'1" about 160 lbs, maybe gained 5 lbs since high school, which was back in the 90's.

While I have never been to a gym and don't work out, I am active; I play in a men's hockey league (although not in a couple years-too busy), pickup basketball in the summer months, and do a fair amount of bicycling. I walk a lot too; I have never been the type to just 'hop in the car' simply to head to the store 5 minutes down the road.

More than anything though, I just have a ridiculous metabolism. I am fully aware I am blessed in this regard.

I've never been able to sustain 'working out' or anything for more than a couple of months.  What's the point, anyway?  Sigh.
