No, because in doing so we help the Nets get out of cap purgatory sooner, which would subsequently devalue their picks.

Who says we're going to hold on to all, if any, of the Nets' draft picks?

If the Nets are trying to trade away their expensive players, then the Celtics' picks are going to "lose value" anyways. Why not take advantage and try to come away with a proven player/more draft picks?  I don't think the Celtics picks are going to lose value if they make this trade. The Nets look to be in a relatively high draft position for the next few years, assuming they don't make any moves.

It doesn't matter if we hold onto them or not, if we trade them we're going want them to have more value as well.

Read my prior comment. Also, why can't we trade them before?

You lost me when you had the Kings giving up DMC.

If anyone is giving anyone anything in a Deron Williams transaction, it will likely be the Nets, just to unload D-Will's contract. If the Kings give up anything it won't be anything more than a 1st.

Just because the Nets are trying to trade away their expensive players doesn't mean they are going to be able to do so.  Very few teams are going to be able and willing to trade for those bad contracts.  Unless we get a significant player or pick out of it, there is absolutely no reason to help the Nets out.  The Nets are not in a high draft position.  They are in 8th in a very weak East.  If Paul George hadn't been injured, Indiana would be ahead of them and the Nets would be out of the playoffs as of today.  I also think Charlotte is a better team then the Nets.  As things stand today, I expect at least one of the Nets picks will be a lottery pick.
