Rondo looked bad on this team because this team was bad, and he will look good on the Mavs. Same thing happened when Ray Allen joined the then defending champion. It is just the way it is. Stop over-analyzing players and move on. Ainge hasn't done a particularly impressive job during this rebuilding process, and it appears this team still has a long long way to become relevant again.
