Just want to take a moment to lament about how Vitor Faverani's Boston Celtics career flamed out without ever really taking off. Wasn't expecting him to be the next Bill Russell or anything, but he showed glimpses of being able to do a job at the center position. As it is his knees just weren't up to it.

Before he was injured, he was struggling with defensive positioning. toughness, and aggressiveness. His shot selection was inconsistent as well (sometimes willing to take open 3s, sometimes unwilling).

Who knows what his potential is considering his injuries?
