dread seeing how the trade is going to impact the team tonight.

2 of our best games were basically without Rondo. The overtime thriller vs Washington (where Rondo barely played after the half) and the road win vs Chicago.

Yep. As big of a Rondo supporter as I am, I'm afraid the team will perform similarly in his absence.  We need a definitive direction to head: tank or playoffs. The Rondo trade was evidence of the former, so complete the process, Danny.

But they lost the thriller against the Wizards, I prefer the game where they won against them.

So all the tankers will cry when we win number 10 tonight and further separate ourselves from the dream of that elusive top 3 pick.

Excited to see Wiggins (assuming I can find a spot to watch the game).
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I am wondering if Turner gets the start instead of Pressey?  Turner seems to me to play better when he starts and gets more minutes.  I don't see the same issue with Pressey.

The Celtics game notes just listed Turner as the starter so I changed it on the game thread.

A little surprised Green is still here. I think this is one of his last games as a Celt.

I really hope Smart is playing tonight. I'm not going to survive this season if Pressey is playing 20 plus minutes.

Is Smart playing?

Brewer's out since he's been traded to Houston about a few minutes ago.

"We do so many defensive drills in practice, I come home and I'm putting the press on my woman, denying her the ball.
Y'all are laughing, but it's sad. I go home and deny the wing."

Thanks. I wonder if this will accelerate the JG sweepstakes.

Nice move for the Rockets. Houston really upgrading that perimeter defense this season.

Tonight's game is going to be difficult to watch for sure, FL.  My favorite player is gone.  I was also looking forward to seeing Corey Brewer, and understand that he was traded to Houston.  At least both went to teams that can make noise in the playoffs...
