Excited to see this guy play as a Celtic.  Finally a legit rim protector. 75 percent FG percentage. Excels in transition basketball.

Block city

Brandan Wright would do NOTHING for us. Atleast Rondo has shown that with a good team he can be a big piece in winning.

God this is absolutely stupid!

Seriously, though.  Can the guy start?  He's a veteran who has never really started.  Can he be a rim protector?

He's not a bad fit next to Sullinger -- long, athletic big who can block shots but not rebound very well. OTOH, his entire offense is wide-open dunks, from what I can remember, so not sure how he's going to look as a starter.

Sully or KO.

Brandan "Helicopter" Wright.   What a nickname.  Love the block on Anthony Davis on one of the highlights.   KO or Sully would never would be able to do that in a million years.

Teams will finally think twice before driving in now.

If he was signed for a few years, I might try to get excited about him, but he's a free agent at the end of the year.

TP. Welcome to CB. Nice name, as well.

Love this trade.

The only silver lining in this is I'm finally going to realize my dream of the C's acquiring Brandan Wright. Of course, my dream was extinguished in '07 when we dealt the pick for Ray and had that stupid championship run. Oh well.

I do like Wright and wouldn't object to bringing him back under whatever circumstances we're in this summer. We could all have flying cars by then.
