It sucks that this is all we could get but it's the reality of the trade market.The Rondo situation was too much of a gamble for Ainge in the offseason. He obviously wasn't willing to match any max deal offers and if we don't trade Rondo now, we'll play too well to be a top 3 pick contender in the draft with some absolute studs.Time to build this thing from the ground up.
a total suck deal........the ONLY other pg we had was pressey.....so dumb....the rest are 2's if anything...
I understand why we had to take this deal.I hate that we ended up in this position in the first place.

Would have loved to have moved Rondo a few years ago when his value was presumably higher. But at this point he's been exposed. He's a role player who doesn't elevate his team. The Rondo myth was basically revealed when KG and Pierce led us to our last playoff appearance without him.
