This is so bittersweet. I wanted Rondo to stay a Celtic,but I also wanted to see him play in the bright lights of a contender. I hate that he's not our captain anymore,but at least I have a legit reason to root for a team in the West when I'm not watching the C's.

This is how I feel. I really like Rondo. But I don't see us being a contender anytime soon and it be better for him to play for a team that is.

It's sad to think that every one of the starters from that 2008 door was either shipped out of town, or treated poorly to the point where they wanted to leave (Ray).

Ugh. I'm gonna miss him a lot. I just loved the way he played at times, especially when he would show up during prime time.  Was looking forward to see if he would've a good leader for the Cs. I don't really understand the return the Celtics got either.
