Wolves clear space and get a young big to go with their young core.  We get a couple of guys in the 28-30 range to go with Rondo and Green and try to win now.

Pek. Zeller
Sullinger. Young
Green. Turner
Bradley
Rondo.  Smart

Roster is still versatile enough that a lottery pick could be used on a SG or a PF. Then next year hopefully Sullinger and Smart will develop enough and Rondo and Pek will be healthy that we can compete.

Sully develop?   What games you been watching?   The fast foot fairy is not going to fall out of the sky and enable him to play defense.

So the main difference after this trade is having Pekovic instead of Olynyk.  Is that enough to bring this god-awful team to championship?  I didn't think so either.

I am not so sure Minny is ready to send out Thad Young as filler - didn't they just trade a first for him this off-season? He may or may not be in their future plans, but I would imagine they would at least like to re-acquire a first.

Maybe you could convince them on Bradley with us getting back KMart, but 4 for 4 deals aren't all that common.
