avery bradley is out sick tonight according to a tweet
Boston Celtics ?@celtics  5m5 minutes ago
Stevens: "Avery is out tonight. He had a fever. He was sick all last night." Says Evan Turner is possible to start, but he's not sure yet.

I think this means smart will get a good chunk of playing time.

It'll be nice to have a game without Avery. Give some of the other guys a chance at longer minutes at SG alongside Rondo. It would be nice if he was out for 3-4 games. Just to see what the lineup would look like without him.

Ditto.  Ideally, I'd like Smart to start, in part because Turner has been doing a great job off of the bench, but also because I want to see Smart with Rondo one time before Ainge trades our captain for peanuts, per team policy, lol ;D.  Sigh.

Spoiler alert! We won't miss Bradley at all.

If 8 million/year was market value could we deal him tomorrow for nothing? There are only 3.5 years left on his deal.

Started Turner alongside Rondo with Zeller at center. Sully continued his disappearing act effectively leaving Boston with 4 non-shooters alongside Jeff Green which cratered the Celtics offensive spacing and got the team off to a lousy start each half.

He is all over the place in terms of consistency this year.   One good and one bad, never know what AB is going to bring, except he is not bringing great D anymore.   Perhaps the bug is why Sully played so poorly tonight, I bet someone will use it as an excuse.

Great tanking efforts were made tonight.
