I've viewed Charlotte as a trade fir for a while,
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ngdzgd3Cs get MKG, Biyombo, Gordon
Cs trade Wallace, Green, Bass and future 2nd
Hornets get Green ,Bass and Ajainca
Hornets trade MKG, Henderson, Biyombo
No gets Henderson, Wallace
NO Trades Gordon , Ajinca, future 2nd
Cs, This is only a viable trade idea if the plan is to move Rondo, If Rondo stays then Green needs to stay. If Rondo is traded this would give the Cs a good haul of young under achieving talent for a group of players not in the future plans. Gordon's deal is terrible but if the team goes with a youth moment it doesn't matter. At 26 he still has a ton of talent and can improve where Wallace is on a downward career ark.
Hornets, they add two starters who are solid young vets to a team in need of stability. Green will effectivly become their 3rd scorer allowing Stevenson to become the 4th option and focus on his well rounded game. The trio of Lance, green and Bass will give them 3 versatile defensive players who can all guard multiple positions. Bass's range will be an asset on O allowing them to space the floor for Big Al. They would still have a solid bench with Zeller, Neal, and marvin Williams.
Pelicans, add two rotational players to a team in desperate need on depth
