It's the same story. Celts just can't close. We need a big man bad. Can Rondo bring a quality Big guy right now? If so, It's time to pull the trigger. Will we ever see a consistent Jeff Green?  Need a starting five change too. Olynyk is really struggling and needs to sit for a while and come off the bench rather than start.

To be fair, for anyone who had followed the team through the summer, this is really no big surprise.
Ainge sure knew these problems for some time now, but preferred not to act on them, and I certainly do not expect him to do so during the first couple of months of the season.
