I thought this deal was a pleasant surprise, particularly with Jeff Green possibly opting out this summer and looking for more money.

If anything, Gay has had a more successful career to date than Green. While the two are closer now, at about the same age, Gay has been a better scorer and rebounder.

Be sweet if Jeff were willing to extend on a similar deal.

He's only about 5 mill more a year then bradley. And three mill a year less then parsons, who I think he's better then. Solid deal for the Kings.
