Just for fun, lets say if there was no Boston Celtics. Who would be your favorite team right now? Friend and I had this discussion at work...mine would be the New Orleans Pelicans..Been a huge Anthony Davis fan since at UK and like that team with Anderson, Holliday, Evans, Asik, etc..

I love Anthony Davis but not enjoying the rest of the team that much.

The perimeter players seem to be underachieving ... the team is struggling to put the pieces together. It is more often a one-man wrecking crew in Anthony Davis with 1-2 helpers than a team playing together as a collective.

If they were to beat Cleveland in the playoffs, that would give me almost as much pleasure as us beating Cleveland. Well, maybe not, but I would sure enjoy the heck out of it. Poetic justice at its finest.

I'd like them to win every game except against us.

I am generally indifferent about other teams -- all of them, except one.  That one team is whoever is playing the Lakers.   I am a huge fan of that team.

This year is different of course, as I'd like to see the Lakers win enough games to miss out on their 1st round pick.

I like the Celtics more than any sport. but football is my favorite sport, pro basketball as a sport is 2nd. it might be my favorite if not for the way the games are officiated.

so no Celtics? i'd probably get more interested in pro hockey. which I believe is the best sport live. and playoff off hockey might be the best of all playoffs in sports.

I really can't get interested in other basketball teams. I've had others over the yr's. that interested me but it didn't last because players moved on. like that sick team the warriors had with Webber, hardaway, spreewell.
