Can't stand following any other team, especially not the Clippers (and Cavs and Lakers and several other teams).

But I thought Paul was having a good season, again. Heard he had an amazing AST/TO ratio.

Guess not?

Don't look now, imploding again this time @home v the Bulls..
No D-Rose for Chicago either. Embarrassing.

Jeff Green to the rescue!

Seriously, he'd be great there, but they have like literally no assets that they'd be willing to trade us for us to seriously consider it.

Just isnt translating.   Teammates all play me-first, terrible defense.   Then you got Paul missing all these clutch shots.    I don't think any of the other Clippers trust him anymore.

No.  Bledsoe, even though he's started a bit slowly, yes, or Dragic, but to pick Isaiah Thomas over those two guys is pretty ridiculous, imo.  Besides, you forgot to add Jason Terry (sarcasm)! ;D

No chance in the world this is correct.

Yeah individually it is hard to support that.

Stephen Curry I agree with. Chris Paul is having a better individual season than all the rest though. 17, 10, and 5 shooting 49% and 36% from three isn't easy to do.

I've been on the Clippers blog a few times and a common theme from some are:
-CP3 pounds the ball too much (that reminds me of somewhere  ;D)
-Mike Woodson is horrible and they miss Alvin Gentry for their offense
-They complain about Doc's rotations and some of his offensive schemes
-The team doesn't rebound (I think I heard that before here too..lol)

At least Doc's consistant wherever he goes.

A team that has DeAndre Jordan has rebounding issues... I've seen it all now.  ;D

So right now the Clips are 10th in the West and 4th in their own division, when there are 8 teams that make the playoffs in each conference and 5 teams in a division.  I know, I know - it's a long season, but should we keep bumping this thread for updates on the pick?  Or should we make a new "Clips Watch 2015" thread to talk about them falling apart?

Sure, they could easily still make the playoffs, but half the fun of the season when you have a bad team is watching your assets develop.  This is one of them.  Doc for a lottery pick in a loaded draft is fun to root for!  Besides, they're the Clippers.  We have a great shot at this, new owner be [dang]ed.

No, we want them to be good this year, so they:

A.) Pick up roll players to flesh out their team with contracts will hinder their long term development
B.) Act as another team that finishes ahead of the Celtics, so our own draft pick has better odds
C.) Don't get a lottery pick this year that will help them win games in 2016, 2017 (we can pick swap with them) and 2018

Frankly, they're a super boring team to watch unlike the Clippers, so I'll just wait until next year and 2018 to worry about them.

Nets get the lesser of their pick/Hawks pick, so they won't really be able to improve significantly via the draft.

I'm rooting hard for Durant and Westbrook to get get better soon solely for the reason of climbing back into the race and sending the Clipps to the lottery. This Clipps possible collapse may just be wishful thinking, but that said GO Hornets tonight!
