Nah, I don't think even then.  There's only so many trades for draft picks you can do before you actually have to use them to start building the foundation of your team -- and you certainly don't want to give up on a guy who projects as an elite rim protector.  As it is, Noel fits a lot better with Embiid than Sullinger and/or Olynyk would -- and even then, the pairing still might be awkward, which means the Sullinger/Olynyk and Embiid pairing would be even more so.

What are you smoking?  Both Sully and Olynyk, with their inside/out games, would be better fits alongside Embiid. Hell, the coach himself said he never planned on playing Noel at the 4, because he thought he'd draft Wiggins and Noel is a 5.
