Would really like to try and nab Barnes from Golden State. Would've been a lot easier to do that last year when he was slumping, though.

I still believe it's possible to get him.

Has Draymond Green overtaken Serge Ibaka as the best defensive PF in NBA?

The best defensive PF is Anthony Davis.

I don't think he is there yet. I think he will be in time but not yet.

What more does he needs to work on?

I think the range of things he can do defensively is incredible. Best of any PF. He overhelps a lot on defense and gets himself out of position. But I think he relies on his quickness and athleticism to bail him out too often in situations where his positioning is not so good. Often it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I don't think Davis is a leader yet defensively in terms of organizing and as a communicator.

That New Orleans defense should be doing a lot better than it is with players like Davis and Asik. Jrue Holiday is a very strong defensive PG too. That team should not be 26th in the league in defensive efficiency. Majority of blame lies for that lies elsewhere other than Davis deserves a bit of it too.

I think Davis will be the best defensive PF and possibly (hopefully) the best overall defender in the league in the future but I don't think he is there just yet.

Still Anthony Davis, but he's definitely one of the best on his position.

The question is, is he a top 10 PF right now?
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

I still see Green as a 3 more than an extremely undersized 4, even if he plays the 4 more. Granted I don't get to watch too much of GS, but I still see Green as more of a perimeter defender where Ibaka and Davis are out there much less.

EDIT: Green not Davis lol

So the NBA think they can get away with trying to con their international audience with a 5 minute (That's as much as I could stand) advert on how amazing, loyal and dedicated Miami Heat and their fan base is. Why them? Why not the club with 17 banners, that cheers, their team off the floor even in a playoff blowout loss, that  packs the stadium no matter where the team is at, that's been pioneering new ways to win titles since the 1950s and represents one half of one of the most iconic rivalries in all of sport. AARGH!

I think the Spurs may have finally flicked the switch. Looking they hot versus the Bulls.

Seriously the Spurs with a 6th seeded .629 record in the West is a #2 seed in the East...

That tells you how terrible the East is lol.

No Rose or Butler, while they have all their starters and bench.
