LaMarcus Aldridge gets a lot of respect from me.

I've always looked at him as a potential Celtic.

But after he put off his wrist surgery for the good of the team? He is a true leader, and has been for some time, now.

TP.

I agree, not being silly about it by blatantly defying doctor's orders. If he feels it isn't holding him back get it done in the offseason. Big respect for him, he is so important to that team and it's success in the cutthroat West.

Whiteside with 8 blocks in 20 minutes with 5 min to go in the 4th!

Y'all are laughing, but it's sad. I go home and deny the wing."

He's been a beast. And against Chicago and that great frontline too.

DANNY! PLEASE! Give this kid some money...

I just don't know though. A lot of players have these big seasons in contract years and then just disappear. Where was all this before considering his age (25 1/2)? Was he lazy? Will he be lazy after getting paid? Did the light just come on and he'll continue to grow?

A lot of questions. A lot of risk, but the upside is there.

Not even a look, Danny Ainge? Not even a single bit of interest when we need a rim protector really bad?

Darn it! Hassan Whiteside. We better really use that capspace to atleast try and sign him.

What a sick triple double from Whiteside. Block party in Chicago this afternoon.

14p/13rebounds/12 blocks! It surely feels like a huge miss to not give this guy a chance.

Hornets trying to talk Kemba Walker into having knee surgery, though unclear if it'll be a procedure that sidelines him for 6 weeks or for the rest of year.

I watched a lot of the OKC-CLE game and Scott Brooks is a terrible coach.  He seems to just roll the ball out onto the court and say, "go get 'em guys!"  Doesn't really seem to be much of a tactical coach.  And why he had Perkins on the floor during crunch time when they were down by 8 - 10 instead of say, Morrow, is beyond me.  The only things Perk is good at is fouling, and losing his man.  I think Brooks gets fired after this season if OKC doesn't make it to the WCF.

Ya, brooks was pretty bad today

They should go hard after JVG

Or anyone else aside from mike brown or the other terrible coaches

P.S.  Good thing Lebron is back on HGH. I was starting to get worried    ;)
I trust Danny Ainge

Also, if they don't make the playoffs, it might be a blessing in disguise for them if they end up firing brooks

I wonder if OKC would be a good place for George Karl.  They are built to play a fast paced style which is how he coaches.  Not sure how well he'd deal with a personality like Russell Westbrook though.

Agree,   No matter how nice or like able Brooks is.....the NBA is hard on coaches ......he will probably have to go ....just because ......somebody has to do something right or wrong .....to keep KD out there.

Sir Charles nailed it ...when KD is gone .....that's the end of OKC.......to get the boat load of lottery picks and assets the NBA gives a team that has changed cities .......the team will GO back to Seattle and rebuild again.
