Ginobili is so stupid sometimes it's hard to believe. Pull-up 3 down 1. That is some New York Knick stuff.

Lee was such a great pickup for them.

The Grizz are walking proof of defying the concept of 'tanking is the only approach' way to go. Conley's their only key player who was a top pick that they took.

Yeah, that was a very good deal for both sides in the Lee trade. Lee's a good piece to have, but he just wasn't right for us at the time.

Is Hollinger, inventor of the PER, actually doing good?

This Grizz/Spurs game is absolutely ridiculous.

They beat the Spurs in San Antonio, and on the second half of a back to back, no less? :o  Wow.  I don't care that Parker didn't play, if we could trade Jeff Green to Memphis for Tayshaun Prince, the Grizzlies could win it all.

I don't know if they even want to try messing up any chemistry right now. They're playing so well that they might just roll with it for now. Though Green is an obvious upgrade, why try to fix what isn't broken?

WOOOWWWW! Afflalo hits the three to send them into overtime. Two primetime overtime games and huge trade rumors: it doesn't get any better than this for NBA fans!

If Danny Ainge trades Jeff Green for Prince I will never ever back Ainge again for anymove

I just remember when the Grizzlies made it to the WCF two years ago (I think), they didn't have enough offense with Prince to match up with the Spurs, and I just think that Green would absolutely thrive as a 3rd/4th option on that team.  I also understand your chemistry concerns, but Prince isn't playing now, anyway.  I just think JG could get them over the hump, especially with Carter off the bench.

Harden gets so many star calls. You can't even look at him wrong without a foul being called.

Err, they did tank, though - they also drafted Mayo (well, technically Love, who they traded for Mayo) and Thabeet with top picks.  They didn't keep those guys, but I don't know if you can say they really defied the concept of tanking.

Unless, of course, you're challenging the notion that the only way to build a team is through the draft.  In which case, I get your point.

James ....introduction to Father Time and the inevitable decline of the human body.   Chinks starting to show in his armor.   He just doesn't play with the super human effort he did three years ago.

He still maybe the best player .  But not by such a great margin anymore.  Best player most nights, but NOT every night anymore.

This OKC vs. GSW game is sensational. KD has 30 in the first half so far.

And just hurt his foot again.  Doesn't look too bad but   :-\  It's been a bad enough day as a basketball fan.

Philadelphia got involved in a 3 team trade with Houston and Minnesota where they got rid of marginal contributor Alexey Shved and got Ronny Turiaf. Looks like they will waive Turiaf who is out for the season anyway.

Absolutely incredible how they keep pushing the tanking envelope even further. I can't wait to see what they do at the deadline. This team is truly one of a kind.
