Based on Tommy's comments tonight, I have the Celts between 70 and 75 wins.   ;D

My favorite Tommy commentary is when he says "well...", then never finishes the thought.
Yup

Best game by Wallace in a long time.
Young looks gooood.
Teague is being exposed lots of weak spots in his game

This Nets team is pretty bad.  Their defense is inconsistent. There were two stolen inbounds passes leading to Nets layups.   Then they got burned twice in a row by great passes from Wallace to Smart for Celts layups.

This is a Nets team without D-Will, Lopez and Joe Johnson. And Kirilenko and Jarrett Jack.

And Gerald Wallace ;)

Yeah. They certainly aren't playing many of their regulars.

smart is like an octopus.   He is a bonafide thief.

Great man to man defender that can also steal the ball.   Is going to be a really good defender starting this season

I really want Marcus Smart to be really good. If he starts hitting 3's at a good clip he will be just that.

Yup, but I want Young to be good, really good, too.  Then you've got a real rebuilding core with Sully, Smart and Young.

Marcus Smart with an offensive pulse is going to take over games. This is a rookie in preseason we're talking about here

He is good. He just need to wash the "rookie" off of him.   He cuts down his turnover, shoot a little more efficiently and cut his fat one or two percent, and he is going to be a backbone type player for this team (like KG was upfront).

Rondo needs to be traded

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Wallace looks like he has fresh legs. He needs to be the fuel booster every few games.  Save his legs and maybe, Stevens can get some value from him.
