and the amassing of draft picks the  amount is mind boggling and the new upgraded value of turner /thornton which will increase as season progresses--why would brad stevens want to leave-the progress is just beginning---ko sets nice picks up top ,nobody ever mentions how this will work when rondo comes back

No one apart from 'Bill and Jalen' takes seriously the idea that Stevens wants to leave.

And it wasn't even "I think Stevens wants to leave", it was more like "are there any places that Stevens might was over Boston".  And the answer was limited to Duke, Indiana, and maybe UCLA.

thanks just watched them for first time and that.s what brought this topic up-brad and ainge have a lot of pieces and celts picking people who can run the floor and play multiple positions, so it seemed like brad and ainge were on same page--do we trade thorton mid season to a contender and keep turner,do we use some of 2nd rounders on big european projects or for players under contract--i think smart had the toughest position of this years rookies to come in and learn and play both ends-turner was a steal  an ex number 2 with years experience for nothing, rondo /zeller turne/ zeller will kill some teams and thornton  does his thing and then powell and young too smooth players and young comes with high school and kentucky pedigree--should be a fun season

Yes, it is pure speculation.
Stevens has a 6 year contract and this allows him to mold a young team to his own basketball philosophy.  He is no fool, I am sure he realizes such opportunities do not arise everyday.
