Rondo, who was ranked #27 last year, came in today at #37.

Is this too low? Too high?

Who knows?
We have to watch him play first.
Until then, everything is sheer speculation.

It appears the sportswriters and basketball experts at ESPN that make these lists value Rondo's game a lot more than the average Celticsblogger does.

It's fair. Especially since he only played 30 games last season. They have Kobe at 40  ;D

Can we define "too high" and "too low"?

I mean is high good or is it bad? And by that I mean, is high a better ranking or a worse ranking?

I'm pretty sure the "higher" the better. That said, I'd like to see the list for context of who's ahead and behind him. I know I drafted him at pick #41 in my fantasy league last night, which of course means nothing.

I think it is a good ranking based on last year.

I think he has the potential to quickly move up though.

Sounds about right given where he's at right now.  The injuries certainly haven't helped him.

Seems fair.
